Lead, develop and motivate operational personnel, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment focused on results.Effectively manage human, material, and operational resources to meet productivity goals without compromising quality or safety.Promote a culture of ethics and compliance, ensuring implementation of corporate policies and prevention of deviations.Identify, evaluate and mitigate process risks, integrating EHS practices and continuous improvement.Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, guaranteeing safe conditions aligned with applicable regulations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives,



process optimization and waste reduction using analytical tools and Lean Manufacturing.Make timely operational decisions, including halting processes when quality, safety or compliance are at risk.Qualifications Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Chemistry, QFB, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production or related areas, ideally in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.Knowledge of packaging and sterilization processes, health regulations (COFEPRIS) and ISO **** / ISO ***** standards.Experience in trend analysis, statistical tools and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
