no drinking onboard *pre-employment drug screening and background check required upon hire.Previous longevity in an interior leadership role is highly preferredAbility to provide verifiable referencesMust be willing to carry on with established maintenance plans and schedules that are already in place and proven effectiveMust have interior leadership experience and enjoy working as part of a teamMust maintain an immaculate & tidy interior, workstations, laundry area, and personal cabin space at all timesExcellent organizational skillsMust be hands on, unafraid to hustle and open to long hours if requiredValid B1B2 visa OR US Passport in handValid STCW, ENG1, FHL2Bonuses: 13th month bonus, paid in full at 12 months, then 1/2mo.salary paid every 6months,beginning at 18mo of full time employment.
