In this role, you will contribute to the evolution and support ofMagnum, Swiss Re's market-leading automated underwriting solution, currently deployed with more than70 clients worldwide.You will play a key role across the full solution lifecycle — from design and development through testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with product, underwriting, and technology stakeholders, you will help ensure Magnum continues to deliver reliable, scalable, and best-in-class automated underwriting capabilities that support our clients' digital transformation journeys.Magnum is a strategic Swiss Re product, combining advanced risk knowledge with modern automation technologies to enable efficient, consistent, and high-quality underwriting decisions across Life and Health markets.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions aligned with product strategy and client requirementsProduce clear and well-structured functional and technical specificationsDevelop and maintain underwriting rules, automation logic, and supporting componentsContribute to ongoing Magnum product enhancements and innovation initiativesApply automation and RPA technologies to streamline and optimize business processesDesign, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, including regression test packsValidate development outcomes against defined business and client requirementsIdentify, track, and resolve defects throughout the full development lifecycleActively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and release validation activitiesDesign, develop,
and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suitesContinuously improve test automation approaches to enhance coverage, reliability, and efficiencyCollaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zonesAbout YouNobody is perfect, and we don't expect you to meet every requirement.
