The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site's medical representative in the Delivery Station.The OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, and participate in and implement a site wellness program.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProvide triage, first aid, and/or referral to an outside medical provider, if indicatedMaintain all records of treatment given to associatesMaintain first‐aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associatesTrain managers and associatesProvide daily activity logs to the leadership teamProvide analysis of all incidents on a monthly basisFrequently attend and speak at "stand‐up" meetingsThis role requires rotating shifts and is not a remote positionA Day in the LifeYou will report to the WHS Manager, support an assigned site as medical representative, manage the AmCare room, attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site, manage AmCare supplies stock and procurement, inspect emergency equipment, maintain associate confidentiality,
