About the Role
We are looking for a Site Manager based in Mexico to support renewable energy projects in the United States. The adecuado candidate must have valid TN Visa eligibility and advanced English skills to coordinate directly with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities in the U.S.
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with U.S. safety standards (OSHA)
Track project progress, schedule, and deliverables
Oversee installation of solar PV systems and related infrastructure
Support commissioning, QA/QC, and reporting activities
Act as a key point of contact between U.S. and Mexico teams
Requirements:
Qualifications




5+ years of experience as Site Manager / Construction Manager
Experience in solar or renewable energy projects (preferred)
TN Visa eligibility (mandatory)
Advanced English (professional communication required)
Availability to travel and stay in the U.S. during project execution
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience working on projects in the U.S.
Knowledge of trackers, inverters, and BOP systems
OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
