People Analytics Analyst
We have an opportunity for a People Analytics Analyst in Mexico to join our People Operations team, reporting to our Senior Manager, People Operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our people data strategy, supporting AI‐driven initiatives, and enhancing our reporting and analytics capabilities within Oracle HCM.
Collaborating closely with IT, HR stakeholders, and data strategy SMEs, you will streamline processes, resolve reporting issues, and deliver impactful dashboards and insights.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM.
Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful reporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI‐driven analytics initiatives.
Contribute to the development of new reports and dashboards.
Assist in shaping the future of people analytics through innovation and automation.
Work with IT, HRBPs and other stakeholders to manage and resolve reporting‐related tickets and system issues.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes and develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows.
Be Prepared — What You Bring
5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team.
Hands‐on experience building and maintaining HR reports and dashboards with a major HRIS (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools,



such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast‐paced, dynamic environments.
Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context.

Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve reporting‐related tickets and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Contribute to developing future‐facing dashboards and reports that leverage emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.
