Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
Proficiency in English (90%).




Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle a group of direct report employees and negotiate with customers.
Understanding of shipment processes/methods and incoterms.
Flexibility to take calls/meetings outside standard worktime.
Ability to handle customer visits/agenda and conduct plant tours.
Responsibilities
Manage OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O;, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests, and reports.
