Overview
We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of a partner-facing platform that enables healthcare partners to manage operations, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams.
The role will focus on building tools and experiences that improve visibility into workflows, support data driven decision making, and streamline communication between partners and internal teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own product roadmap and delivery for a partner-facing platform
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements (PRD's, user stories)
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features
- Work closely with Operations to improve workflows and reduce manual effort
- Define and deliver reporting and insights for partner use
- Contribute to building a scalable,



configurable platform for multiple partners
**Qualifications**:
- 3-4+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in building dashboards, reporting tools, or operational platforms
- Strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive delivery
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, marketplace or workforce platforms
- Experience in data-heavy or operations-focused products
**Fluent English is a requirement**
Pay: $60,****** - $65,****** per month
