We are seeking a **driven, results-oriented Sales Closer** to join our remote team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with **qualified leads, close high-value deals, and earn competitive commissions** in a fast-paced, professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and convert **qualified warm leads** — no cold calling.
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners to identify their needs.
- Evaluate properties, run comparables, and negotiate offers effectively.
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers to close contracts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal progress in our CRM (**HubSpot**).
- Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless deal handoffs.
**Qualifications**
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and high ticket sales.
- Experience with CRMs and real estate tools (**HubSpot, PropStream, Zillow, etc.**).




- Motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.
