As a HSE Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the organization.

- Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement engineering solutions and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement safety training programs to promote a culture of safety
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business processes
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, Industrial Hygiene knowledge
- At least 4 years of experience in HSE engineering
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation techniquesAdvanced English
