**Job Requirments**:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive industry within quality and production areas
- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory requirement).
**Technical Skills**:
- Core Tools
- Problem-solving tools (PDCA, 8D's, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
- GD&T;
- MS Office
- IATF *****
- Customer portals (VW, Stellantis, Toyota, Mazda, etc.)
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and supervise quality assurance in production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage the quality assurance team and provide training when necessary
- Recruit and train Quality Department staff as the need and market dictates
- Work with all organization levels to reduce and eliminate all forms of waste
- Take a hands-on approach to solving shop floor / production plant issues
- Responsible for presenting Customer Quality score cards to Plant Management
- Attend, supervise, and report all customer inquiries and visits
- Maintain and report monthly the Cost of Quality Program
- Develop a methodology to achieve and sustain objectives set by management and corporate leadership

- 4 year(s): Experience in metal-mechanical parts for the automotive industry
