**Key Responsibilities**
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
Publish job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients when required.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring KPIs.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience (2+ years preferred) in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing.
Fluent Spanish, English and French (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Experience recruiting for multilingual or international positions is highly valued.
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
**Nice to Have**
Experience in BPO, Contact Center or Customer Service recruitment.




Knowledge of additional European languages (German, Dutch, Nordic languages, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).
Experience recruiting freelance professionals across Europe, Africa and Latin America is highly valued.
Ability to evaluate language proficiency during interviews without external support
