It provides assistance in the development of new product processes and provides technical support for the transfer to the manufacturing plant in Juarez and during the start of regular production.
**You will be responsible for**:

- You can technically supervise, coordinate and review the work of a small group of engineers and technicians, estimate the necessary manpower and scheduling and assign the work to meet the completion date.
