Sales Reporting Analyst
Location: Mexico City - Insurgentes Sur
(Hybrid model 3 days peer week working at office - 2 days from home)
The role:
Develop and maintain recurring reports and analysis which include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the completion of quarterly ICON Business Development Incentive Compensation Plan calculations.
Support corporate finance with the quarterly accrual process.
- Assist with the quarterly close process, which includes the board presentation and investor call materials.
- Complete and distribute weekly sales performance by Service Area.
Analyze current quarter and YTD results against applicable targets.
- Aide in the compilation of the Weekly Opportunities Roadmap.
- Take active leadership in managing the service, sponsor and account executive award and RFP targets.
- Support the creation and continued enhancing of service area forecasts for Commercial and Operational leadership.
- Other ad-hoc sales reporting needs from across the enterprise.

- Other duties, related to this position, may be assigned.
- Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree (or local equivalent) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic formulas, dashboards, macros).
- SQL knowledge desirable (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong interest and/or experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)- Solid grounding in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Process-oriented mindset, with interest in process improvement and automation.
- Commercial curiosity — a plus if interested in sales processes or business partnering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), able to explain data-driven insights clearly in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate,



with strong focus on data quality.
- Capable of switching between macro (strategic) and micro (operational) perspectives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, matrix environments.
