**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP warehouse/logistics systems (retail or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes: inbound, put-away, pick, pack, VAS, outbound, inventory, and transportation
- Experience in configuring SAP systems for operational needs and integrating with other modules
- Ability to analyze issues with interfaces, devices, labels, and forms
- Experience in SAP testing (unit, functional, integration, UAT)
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical, structured, independent, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment
**Nice to have**
- Fluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with large-scale retail logistics projects




- Knowledge of additional IT modules or advanced logistics tools
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and support logistics IT systems for company-operated and partner warehouses
- Track and resolve operational incidents; perform root cause analysis and propose solutions
- Translate logistics business requirements into IT processes and implement them in SAP WM/LES/EWM
- Optimize logistics systems and cross-module workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Support testing activities: create test scenarios, execute unit/integration tests, and validate results
- Participate in or lead IT logistics projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously update knowledge of logistics processes and IT systems
