We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist professional with a passion for delivering high quality outputs.
The role requires strong testing experience, a deep understanding of SFMC architecture and ability to collaborate with cross functional roles and teams.
**About the Role**:
**Major Accountabilities**:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for system implementations and enhancements.
- Validate campaigns, workflows, automation and integrations with external platforms to ensure functional accuracy.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across various features and modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across databases, data flows, and integrated systems.
- Monitor, document, and present testing metrics and outcomes to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Promote and enforce quality control best practices for new features, system functions, and platform releases.
- Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices in quality assurance.
**Background**:
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
- Experience in regression testing, UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
