Job Summary:
Manages customers solutions including revenue growth, key business metrics, and securing customer satisfaction while driving the implementation of corporate strategies.
Analyzes and understands the customer's business strategies and future product plans to align company offerings and resources where mutually beneficial.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Outside Sales team to drive sales on key accounts through partnership and strategic communication.
- Manages the end-to-end process of order fulfillment for sustaining key accounts.
- Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services, and capabilities.
- Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process to meet or exceed customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Ensures customer adherence to contractual agreement including identifying options available to enable additional Return on Investment (ROI).
- Develops strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and peers to identify and leverage business goals while enhancing the company's profit margins.
- Manages a cross section of the largest and/or most strategic accounts with the highest degree of complexity and variability.
- Follow-up on pending orders and unconverted quotes to secure revenue for the assigned team/territory.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in area of discipline.

Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions may result in delays to projects, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.
Work Experience:
- Typically, 2+ years in sales, supply chain or electronic components industry.
Education and Certification(s):
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
- Verbal and written communication skills in English including in a telephone environment on a business level is strictly required.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experienced in the utilization of ERP and CRM systems.
- Identify and follow up on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Ethical decision-making and critical thinking skills developed.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, and analyzes the impact of decisions before execution.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Able and willing to be trained to speak to customers using a telephone headset.
- Capable of learning and retaining working knowledge of product lines and services.
