Main Activities
- Audit and keep updated database of the automated system for the control of Annex 24 for materials imported and exported, BOMS, customers, suppliers and customs broker
- Analyze, prepare and calculate changes in the regime of scrap, waste and losses (positive and negative adjust) from monthly SAP Transactions.
- Reconciliation against monthly balances and physical entries to plant/
- Review balances, consumptions and expiration dates of temporary imports under the IMMEX program, avoid expirations and review balances greater than ***** months.
- Verify the information of the Annex 24 system against Data Stage (issued by SAT) of the monthly operation for the preparation of Annex 31 reports.
Analyze them with Control 31 tool to comply with SAT requirements
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree on International Business, Commerce (LIN, LCI, LRI) or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years working with IMMEX programs and systems (Prisma, Aranxel, Control31 and Ana System, strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of the IMMEX Decree legal frame, general customs rules and customs law in Mexico.

JD Edwards, etc.
