**Company Description**
ROLE OVERVIEW:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advanced Excel & MRP Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) to analyze and report on material planning data.
- Manage and optimize MRP parameters to align with production needs and inventory targets.
- ERP System Management (Oracle Fusion):
- Oversee the integration and utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP for material planning and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and system configurations to support efficient planning processes.
- Safety Stock & BOM Management:
- Define and maintain optimal safety stock levels to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Lead projects for the transition of materials in Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing material planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
- SLA Monitoring & Supplier Escalation:
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Escalate issues to suppliers promptly and work collaboratively to resolve any performance discrepancies.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align material planning with production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address material shortages and supply chain challenges.
**Qualifications**
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in material planning or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with advanced Excel functions and MRP systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of safety stock strategies and BOM management.
