**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an experienced **Internal Tech Recruiter** to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in high-volume recruiting who's worked in fast-paced staffing environments and understands how to connect top talent with complex technical needs.
You'll handle full-cycle recruiting while partnering with internal stakeholders and clients across the tech industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and prioritize a high-volume pipeline across multiple openings
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
- Keep ATS records current and accurate for tracking and compliance
**What You'll Need**:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience with high-volume, full-cycle hiring




- Proven success conducting technical interviews and hiring for tech roles
- Past experience supporting tech-focused clients or departments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time hours several days per week
