Position responsible for executing, administering, and validating employee master data transactions and records across all BRP entities, ensuring that information requested for inclusion in company systems is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
The role is accountable for maintaining data integrity, delivering high‐quality service, supporting operational and business requirements, and driving continuous improvements in data management processes to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.POSITION OBJECTIVEPosition responsible for executing, administering, and validating employee master data transactions and records across all BRP entities, ensuring that information requested for inclusion in company systems is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
The role is accountable for maintaining data integrity, delivering high‐quality service, supporting operational and business requirements, and driving continuous improvements in data management processes to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrate, validate and execute transactions requested to apply in the systems related to HR information.Identify,



correct and implement improvement plans when there are data mistakes in the information system.Provide transactional support for various processes when required.Collaborate and consult with HR Advisors, HR Payroll or Cybersecurity to resolve cases, receive guidance or clarify policies.Proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation or update for continuous improvement perspectives and projects.Create and maintain an updated knowledge base to perform current processes.Ensure all requests are standardized and classified to maintain high quality data.Be an active participant and ambassador of the Next‐Gen and M25 strategies.Follow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take responsibility for safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.TECHNICAL SKILLSMicrosoft and Google Packages.Bilingual (fluent) – English/Spanish.KPIs (interpretation and improvement).
Transactional execution experience (SAP, any SQL system).
