- Job Description
Responsible for a production area, he/she ensures the compliance of the objectives in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, personnel, and innovation; as well as the administration of the resources in the area.
He/she is responsible of the planning, organisation, direction and control of the works done in the operational area, complying with the authorities requirements and the quality procedures.

- Responsibilities: He/she:
- Promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with client requirements, and HSE and Quality requirements and policies.
- Develops and guides the team
- Manages the production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the master production schedule.
- Manages the human ressources of the area (shifts, overtime, vacations).
- Tracks productivity and usage of the human ressource, by ensuring correct clocking of activities in the system.
- Ensures protection and safekeeping of engine parts and their correct identification.
- Manages first level daily meetings.
- Manages and ensures implementation of actions from HSE general planned inspections, spot audits, and 5S audits.




- Manages shift completion report and escalation of problems during the shift.
- Manages the qualifications of the personnel by keeping logs updated.
- Creates material requisitions for consumable purchases / deliveries at the area.
- Manages reception of those materials in the area and in the system+
