As Project Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external clients.
The position demands close contact with the client, making sure the client is fully aware of project status, and that any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
- Ability to determine sample strategies and collaborate with sample sources (both domestic and global) to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline
- Interact with and manage vendor relationships




- Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
- Develop an understanding of client's business issues and the industries in which they operate
- Act as client liaison for questionnaire programming, translations and tabulations as needed.
- Execute projects to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining project budget.
- Assigned projects by the Team Lead and/or SVP, Client Services
- Other duties as assigned
**What We're Looking For**:
- 3-5 years' experience in the data collection industry
- Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/health care industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research process
- Ability to problem solve and provide clients with suggestions/solutions
- Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements to increase process efficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to solve problems and prioritize tasks
- Comfort dealing with all levels of external clients
- Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel
