This position is responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating daily production activities in core building shop to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Manage production schedules, and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols to meet regulatory requirements and deliver products of the highest quality.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Experiência y requisitos




- Bachelor ́s degree in Industrial Engineering or related is needed.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving cost savings.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, production planning software).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
