Job Summary

- Reporting to the Collections Manager, Collections Analyst role involves_ _will be responsible for minimizes financial risk to the organization by negotiating and advising on collection of overdue bills and taking appropriate actions to recover overdue payments._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payments._




- _ Resolve disputes in a manner that protects the organization's financial interests and maintains positive customer relations._
- _ Forecast analysis_
- _ Invoicing_
- _ Customer maintenance_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Bachelor's degree _(administrative-finance_ area)_
- _ Conversational english (good speaking)_
