We are looking for a **Application Development Engineer/Cable Development Engineer** to join our team, working **remotely from Guadalajara** and providing support to our corporate team at Amphenol!
As a leader in high-speed electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market, Amphenol is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
In this role, you'll engage closely with customers, design custom cable assemblies, and ensure optimal system integration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in selecting the best cable solutions.
- Design and document custom cable configurations.
- Provide technical support and training.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:




- Must reside in Guadalajara and work remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years.
- 2-5 years of experience in product development/design.
- Preferred experience in designing high-speed connectors and cable assemblies.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
