As a File Opener, you'll play a vital role in our Pre-Litigation Team by:
- Communicating with insurance companies to file new claims.
- Drafting and organizing case files.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Supporting case managers during the initial stages of claims.
**2.
Demand Writer**
The Demand Writer ensures accurate and timely case development by:
- Drafting and sending complete demand packages, including medical bills, reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Verifying totals and ensuring all relevant exhibits are included.
- Reviewing case details and redacting sensitive information as needed.
**3.
Settlements and Demands Coordinator**




The Settlements and Demands Coordinator facilitates the settlement process by:
- Tracking demands, following up on deadlines, and communicating with adjusters.
- Managing settlement documentation, including releases and lien details.
- Coordinating with clients to present offers and gather negotiation authority.
