We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.This position will be in charge of scheduling shipments, tracking loads, updating system databases, negotiating with carriers, and performing all these activities in fluent conversational English.Day‐to‐Day ResponsibilitiesTake meetings with customers in English and update information.Work with carriers in English and update the system.Track shipments and ensure they are updated in a timely manner.Collaborate with a 4‐member team to build strong relationships.QualificationsConversational English and strong knowledge of the transportation industry.Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.3 years of experience in the transportation industry.Preferred: Computer/software skills (MS Suite, TMS, ATS, etc.).
