**Requirements**:
- **
2+ years of experience** in legal settings or as a sales representative.
- ** Fluent in English** (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
- ** Remote position** - requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
- Availability to work in California hours and U.S. holidays **(U.S.



holidays are paid time off; holidays in your country will be considered regular working days).

**Job Duties**:
- **
- ** Conduct follow-up calls to collect missing details from new or potential clients.

- ** Receive and evaluate incoming phone calls, assisting in qualifying potential new clients.

- ** Assess prospective client inquiries, analyze case fit, and ensure they feel heard and supported.

- ** Draft and proofread general correspondence and court documents.
