- Ticket Support: Provide support in handling and tracking security-related tickets.
- Security Tool Monitoring: Monitor security tools and dashboards to identify potential issues or incidents.
- Research and Learning: Continuously research cybersecurity topics, tools,



and threats to improve technical knowledge.
- Documentation: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, procedures, and internal documentation.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**- Ability to effectively use search engines for technical research and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including the TCP/IP 3-way handshake.
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux).
- Currently enrolled in 5th semester or higher in a related degree program:- Cibernética Electronica- Ciencias Computacionales- Ingeniería en Computación- Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales- Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales- Conversational and written English proficiency.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity.
- Ability to understand and reason about programming syntax and logic.
