- Activate and facilitate JLL's integral and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience to include Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc.- Lead and coordinate the talent Management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning.

**Desired experience and technical skills**- Business or HR qualification with at least 3 years + experience- Experience in a company supporting Solutions, Services, or Customer Success executive leaders and teams.
- Experience delivering HR and operational activity within a complex and highly matrixed organization with the ability to balance competing requirements.
- Highly skilled in using data & technology to improve employee experience, drive business performance, and streamline organization efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with a starter finisher mentality and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to use data to tell a convincing narrative and inform and/or make impactful decisions.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
