Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**- Lead manufacturing activities for assigned products throughout prototype, pilot, and production phases.
- Serve as the main contact for customer documentation updates and internal engineering change orders.
- Participate in new customer development and support new business opportunities.
- Analyze line return data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions for process issues.
- Perform product‐level FMEAs and ensure manufacturability through engineering drawing and DFX reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
- Evaluate and qualify new processes, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
- Lead internal and external corrective action plans and collaborate with cross‐functional teams.
- Maintain compliance with certifications including ISO ****, ISO *****, ANSI ESD S*****, IPC, etc.- Support organizational KPI achievement and establish measurable objectives aligned with site goals.

**Role‐Specific Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to use metrics and CI tools (DPMO, FPY, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
- Ability to support a 24/7 integral operation as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including day and overnight trips.
