Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our general HCM practice .
Our client has an immediate need to temporarily backfill their MX City-based Payroll Operations Manager position while this employee takes on an internal transformation project.Responsibilities:- Manage current vendors and stakeholders- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers- No direct reports- No payroll processing will be required- Provide oversight, escalation, stakeholder management, signoff, etcRequired Qualification(s):- Mexico payroll specialist with a deep understanding of MX payroll governance, laws, and regulations- Experienced in managing vendors and stakeholdersDuration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and 12-month duration, with the possibility of extending for another 6-months.Level of Effort: Full-timeWorking Hours: CST – MX City
