About Door & Gate DominationDoor & Gate Domination is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping overhead door, automatic gate, and fence contractors across the United States grow their businesses.Through website development, SEO, local marketing, and digital advertising, we deliver measurable results for our clients and are looking for exceptional talent to grow with us.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple website projects from kickoff to launch while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and outstanding client experiences.This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and has a strong understanding of website development and digital marketing.Candidates should be located in Latin America.What You'll Be Responsible ForManage website projects through planning, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support.Develop project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.Monitor project budgets, deadlines, and overall project health.Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers.Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.Lead and support the web development team by promoting accountability and continuous improvement.Track team capacity, workload,



and performance.Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to measure project success.Qualifications3+ years of experience managing website development projects in a digital agency environment preferred.Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with project management and time-tracking tools.Working knowledge of WordPress and website publishing workflows.Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HavePMP Certification.Experience with JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, or Ajax.Knowledge of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Schema Markup.Familiarity with UX, CRO, and website accessibility standards.Experience with Google Analytics and website reporting tools.Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams.Why Join Door & Gate Domination?
