Amazon is seeking a Shift Station Manager to be based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX.The role focuses on safety, service quality, customer experience, and productivity of the department.Key Job Responsibilities Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sort operations, managing a team to meet all building goals.Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for associates and Delivery Service Providers.Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.Manage the day‐to‐day operations of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs and their drivers.Ensure a safe workplace and that associates and DSPs are properly trained and supported.Lead change initiatives at high speed to keep the operation innovative.Oversee daily operations such as receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments up to 25 kg,



and routing shipments within AMZL coverage area.Support and assign job duties to process assistants.Adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities.Track and monitor sorting operation and driver dispatch.Stand or walk an average of 5 miles daily.Work in construction/distribution environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, and not air‐conditioned.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent.2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.2+ years of employee and performance management experience.Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
