Hiring : Program Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative) Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Program Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative) to support our regional business by delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and service adoption.
This role combines customer support, inside sales, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide customer and internal stakeholder support via phone and email.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
Promote service contracts, care packages, software solutions, and other value-added services.
Support lead follow-up and basic sales conversion activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within CRM and internal systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Meet individual KPIs and performance goals.




Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Program Coordination .
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM systems and internal business tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience Inside Sales or Customer Support experience in a BPO, technology, manufacturing, or service environment.
Experience with lead management, customer follow-up, and sales coordination.
Familiarity with service contracts, software solutions, or customer lifecycle management.
