Swiss Property Management Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential rental properties throughout the Columbus area.
We're looking for someone dependable, experienced, and comfortable handling a range of maintenance and repair work.
Position details:
$18–$37 per hour, based on experience

Main responsibilities include:
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting
Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
Apartment turnovers
Responding to resident maintenance requests
Preventative maintenance
Applicants should have at least one year of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of residential repairs, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
EPA certification is helpful but not required.
