Project Manager-CMR in all execution aspects, supervision, reporting and proposing technical and economical solutions.
He/she coordinates and supervises project execution to meet scope, quality, and timing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves leading civil and structural aspects as a technical expert.Soft Skills: Leadership, problem solving, analytical capabilities, self‐driven, technical mastery, teamwork, vision.Technical Skills: Interpretation of MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, Word.Responsibilities:Support the Sr.
Project Manager-CMR by supervising and reporting on project progress to assure timely delivery within scope and technical standards for Civil and Structural elements.Establish project management standards and metrics for use across the project.Identify issues in project execution and address them with the general contractor (GC), understanding the project organization structure.Monitor schedule, budget,



and cash flow baselines to identify savings and overruns.Manage project issue/risk/action registries and elevate them to the Sr.
