**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop, plan, and execute the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in alignment with global strategy.
- Drive achievement of key metrics such as total demand orders (ABB and third-party), gross margin %,



net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turnover of finished goods, and on-time delivery.
- Evaluate market opportunities, define strategic actions, and coordinate initiatives across local divisions and business units.
**Qualifications**- 10+ years of commercial experience with medium and low voltage electrification products (Legacy GE portfolio, ABB portfolio, ANSI, UL, IEC).
- Fluent English is required.
- Previous team management experience.
- Proven ability to evaluate opportunities across different business areas and factories.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience with LAPEM certification is desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
