Project Objective
Support OHR Planning and ETHOS Processes.
Challenges
Support global HR and Ethics initiatives involving multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
Manage and analyze large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Translate business needs into reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
Gain understanding of how Talent Planning and Ethics support business strategy.
Responsibilities
Consolidate and update organizational structures, participants lists and talent databases.
Assist in the development of presentations and materials for executive meetings.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate information.




Support with Ethos databases and communication campaigns.
Support team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
Skills
Presentation design and storytelling.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proactive, team player, self-directed, self-learner.
