**What you will do?
**- Assist senior buyers in purchasing activities related to goods, materials, suppliers, and services.Ensure compliance with established quality standards, availability requirements, and price constraints.
- Support the procurement process by researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing supply chain requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and vendor performance.

**- Work collaboratively with senior buyers to understand purchasing strategies and objectives.
- Utilize procurement software and databases to manage purchasing information.




- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in supplier meetings to discuss order status and resolve any issues.
**What are we looking for?
**- University degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
