SummaryCore Molding Technologies is seeking a Plant Controller to lead all financial operations for our Monterrey manufacturing facility.This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial support for plant leadership.LocationGeneral Escobedo, Reciente LeónThe Plant Controller partners closely with Operations to drive profitability, optimize manufacturing costs, support business planning, and provide financial insights that improve operational performance.This position oversees accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory controls, cash management, and financial compliance while leading a high‐performing finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all plant financial operations, including General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Cash Management, and Capital ManagementPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesAnalyze financial performance and explain budget variances while recommending corrective actionsMonitor manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead, to improve profitabilityOversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory controlsAnalyze and monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX) and investment performancePartner with Operations to evaluate production performance, capacity utilization, and cost improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with US GAAP, Mexican accounting standards (NIF),
