Follow-up on the anchoring process
Sent Bidding Request to the Procurement department
Monitoring of the bidding process and site visit
Review of quotes in conjunction with execution.
Creation of asset table (identification of sub-assets in quotation and amounts per WBS) and validation monitoring by the corresponding areas (costs and finance).
Loading the asset table to CMIC
Follow-up on approvals of Asset table and PR in CMIC
Monitoring and responding to the contract process in conjunction with procurement
Tracking PO release with contract approval by legal
Request down payment bond, as applicable
Follow-up on bond review and validation
Sending estimated invoice reports to supervisors, as well as reviewing and approving them
Monitoring invoice programation schedules
Creation of Forcast 3YP
Creation of Annual Forecast
Weekly report update (Monday) Excel and Pober Bi
Meeting update Week (Tuesday) Excel charts
Monthly ForeCast update: income forecast estimates

Collection of department KPIs (last day of the month), review, and report generation
Preparation of KPI presentations and submission to management (4 per month)
CMIC supplier registration request
Tracking and filling in the timeline for each order
Update of financial report available amounts SAP
Filling out Sterko submissions (Bimonthly)
Review of the cost report
Equipment purchase projects (tracking shipment, receiving, reviewing documentation, delivery, payment, and closing)
Requesting and tracking transfers between WBSs
Request and monitoring of increases due to project contingencies (increase in funding due to policy)
Execution and monitoring of deductive Change Order release as applicable
Follow-up on project closure documentation
Deliveries with document control
Creation of a program to receive initiatives
Meeting attendance to gather initiatives
Project field supervision
Action plan development to complete the Project on time
