Overview
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering business and technology solutions.
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement Sessions.
Ensure Scrum principles, Agile values, and team agreements are understood and consistently applied.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement Sessions)
Create an environment that promotes transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate sprint and release planning activities.
Ensure work is aligned with business priorities and sprint objectives.
Support teams in achieving predictable and sustainable delivery commitments.
Manage risks and dependencies across teams, programs, and stakeholders.




Facilitate resolution of organizational and cross‐functional challenges.
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
5+ years of experience serving as Scrum Master for technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery across cross‐functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
Experience coaching teams and leaders through Agile adoption and maturity journeys.
