We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Generalist to support both day-to-day and project-based Microsoft 365 initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 services.This role works directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, help shape practical solutions, and implement them end-to-end.The ideal candidate is comfortable owning requests from intake through delivery and thrives in a collaborative,



service-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for general and specialized Microsoft 365 requestsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective, scalable solutionsDesign, configure, and implement solutions across:SharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsOneDriveMicrosoft Lists, Forms, and related M365 servicesPerform configuration, customization, and light development as requiredSupport integrations and enhancements tied to collaboration and workflow automationOwn work from initial request through implementation and handoffOperate independently once familiar with the client environment and standardsMaintain documentation, best practices, and solution guidelinesQualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration toolsProven ability to manage work end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deliveryExperience working in managed services, consulting, or advisory-style environmentsAbility to handle multiple requests and competing priorities effectivelyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and governance modelsFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Understanding of security, compliance, and access control in Microsoft 365Prior experience working with general or distributed teams#J-*****-Ljbffr
