and networking activities.Maintain candidate information and recruiting records.Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes.Learn about current trends in talent acquisition and the technology market.What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition or employer branding.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‐paced environment.Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.Why Definity?
