**What You'll Be Doing**:- Lead Lean / Six Sigma continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, optimize processes, create a 5s culture and eliminate waste- Support operational teams through coaching, data analysis, structured problem-solving (A3, RCA), and process standardization- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders on strategic productivity initiatives- Use your expertise in Lean, data analysis, automation, or digitalization to improve operations and decision-makingFoster a continuous improvement culture, sharing best practices and strengthening team capabilities**What We're Looking For**:- Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or process optimization, with proven results- High analytical capability and strong command of CI tools,
