As a Warehouse Associate, you will support accurate, reliable material flow that keeps operations running smoothly at Mold Masters, a Hillenbrand company, in Querétaro.We design and manufacture hot runner systems and control solutions used in plastics processing industries worldwide.You will contribute to inventory accuracy, safe material handling, and data integrity that enable consistent production and customer fulfillment.You will work with a team focused on disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and dependable service.Your attention to detail and ownership of daily processes will help drive long-term operational excellence.What You'll DoReceive and inspect incoming materials, verify against purchase orders and packing lists, and record accurate receipts in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to maintain data integrityStore and organize inventory in designated locations using defined handling and safety standards to ensure accessibility, traceability, and compliancePick, issue, and stage materials for internal customers based on requirements, updating ERP transactions to keep stock levels current and accuratePerform cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate variances, and reconcile discrepancies using root-cause thinking to sustain inventory accuracyPrepare outbound shipments by packaging, labeling, and completing documentation, coordinating with carriers to meet delivery commitmentsSupport loading and unloading activities with proper equipment, follow safety procedures, and complete basic equipment checks to maintain a safe work environmentMaintain clear records of movements, damaged or expired materials, and shipment activity, and contribute ideas that improve storage, layout, and workflow efficiencyTeamYou will collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics colleagues,
