GM Financial is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors and is headquartered in Fort Worth, U.S.We are a global provider of auto finance solutions, with operations in North America, South America, and the Asia Pacific region.Through our long‐standing relationships with auto dealers, we offer attractive retail financing and lease programs to meet the needs of each customer.We also offer commercial lending products to dealers to help them finance and grow their businesses.Job DescriptionWe pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters.This position will be posted until filled.ResponsibilitiesDefine the local insurance road map according with IO guidelines and market needs and trendsManage ongoing insurance products in conjunction with all internal areas involved, and external providers, ensuring adequate controls and reportingSelect the right partners for the insurance business and ensure the execution of each contract, which must include SLA for the different proceduresAnalysis the technical result of the product with clear understanding of claim ratio and underwriting processes to have a profitable business for GMF and providersMonitor the profitability of the programs to meet and exceed business plan key performance indicators including fee income and penetration in each productDevelop and implement new products according to the business requirements and customers' needsSupport commercial team in the right strategies to commercialize insurance products to the networkCreate and promote tactical action to encourage the sell and the KPI achievements by dealer with the support of the field team.Influence and participate in insurance decisions with GM to strengthen brand product with sales, after sales and finance areas mainlyDevelop and maintain strength relationship with the different providersHelp develop and monitor sales & marketing initiatives between GM, GMF, dealers and their customersThis includes opportunities such as re‐solicitation schemes, cross‐selling activities,



and campaignsEngage and develop the country insurance teamsEnsure that all the products meet the insurance technical, legal, and regulatory frameworksWhat makes you an idóneo candidate?
