Job Description:We are a high-end residential design firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in luxury outdoor and indoor living environments.Our projects demand a high level of design sophistication, and we are seeking elite freelance 3 D visualization artists to bring architectural and interior concepts to life.We are looking fortop-tier 3 D artistswith proven experience inresidential architecture and interior design visualization , with advanced skills inSketch Up and Lumion or D5 Render.This role is for professionals who understand how to communicate space, light, materials, and atmosphere at a luxury level—not just create models.What You'll Do:Develop detailed 3 D models from architectural drawings, CAD plans, and design conceptsProduce high-end, photorealistic renderings of interiors and exterior architectureCollaborate with our design team to refine materials, lighting, and compositionDeliver consistent, high-quality visual outputs aligned with our brand standardsRequirements:Expert-level proficiency inSketch Up + Lumion or D5 RenderStrong experience inresidential architecture and/or interior design projectsDeep understanding of lighting, materials, textures,



and spatial compositionAbility to interpret architectural plans and interior design packages accuratelyStrong communication and ability to work independently in a remote settingPreferred (Bonus):Experience with3ds Maxor other advanced rendering toolsAnimation / walkthrough capabilitiesExperience working with U.
